❄️ Wrapping Up and Winter Hibernation

Because even tiny scientists need a milk break.

Thank you to the families, caregivers, and tiny scientists who showed up with curiosity, courage, and a willingness to get a little messy. This pilot season helped shape what Bright Sparks is becoming and your presence truly mattered.

We’re taking a short winter pause to celebrate what we built together and to make the lab even stronger. This reset gives us time to reflect, refine, and design what’s next.

Spark Notes are staying

Our weekly sensory-science Spark Notes will continue through the winter. Sign up to receive playful insights, simple science moments, and updates on upcoming labs.

🌈 What’s coming next

We’re excited to be growing through a new partnership with First 5 Santa Clara County, which means more free community events, Grandparent Day, expanded access, and new ways to support families and caregivers. We’ll be sharing details soon.

Thank you for being part of this first season of Bright Sparks. ✨

We can’t wait to welcome you back in the new year with fresh labs and even bigger sparks.

💬What Parents are Saying about Bright Sparks Play Lab

Bright Sparks Mom

[My son] seriously can't stop talking about "doing a science experiment, and it came up and spilled!" Literally, every day or when he hears the word ‘science’, he tells the story. 🧪

Sign up for Spark Notes ✨

Bite-sized sparks of science and kindness to remind you: every spill, shout, and “why?” is data from a brilliant little brain. ✨
